Why we use it
Also known as Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1), this ingredient belongs to a special class of peptides known as growth factors. Growth factors bind to special growth factor receptors on specific cells to stimulate cell growth and regeneration. In particular, IGF-1 has been shown to work synergistically with Epidermal Growth Factor (also found in Interface) to promote skin cell proliferation.
